Hi, I'm Ami!

I'm a wife, mum of four, and the baker behind Ami Bake's.

Baking has always been a huge part of my life. What started as making cakes, cookies and sweet treats for my children soon became bakes for family, friends, teachers and special occasions. After years of people encouraging me to share my creations, i decided to turn my passion into a small home bakery. 

Based in Preston, Lancashire, i specialise in homemade cookies, brownies, blondies, cookie pie's and other delicious treats, all baked fresh to order from my home kitchen. 

I believe the best bakes are made with quality ingredients, attention to detail and a genuine love for what i do. Seeing customers enjoy something that i have created is the most rewarding part of  my business.
